Brand new and renovated since August 2019. Private garden and private pool, not shared with anyone. The house is positioned in Bantry Bay only minutes away from Camps Bay overlooking the rocky coastline and Robben Island, in the wind-free area right behind Sea Point. It's a great base for venturing out during the day to see what Cape Town has to offer.

The space

Due to the location of the house on the hillside towards the sea, the garden has magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, spreading from Robben Island to the rocky shore of Sea Point.

From the street level, there are outdoor decking stairs (newly decked since August 2019). 16 stairs down, which lead to the entrance with big glass doors straight onto the bedroom level, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on that level as well as the living room and TV area.

The floor below is open plan seating and dining for 8 people, the kitchen is brand new and well equipped with a beautiful kitchen island, ideal for entertaining. Kitchen on the same level as pool and garden area. Private garden and private Pool not shared by anyone.

Living Space
Glass front spans all the way on. Right in front is a swimming pool and barbecue area with Weber Grill, there are loungers on the deck for sunbathing as well as outside dining facilities and sofas.

Entertainment level consists of a named new open plan kitchen ideal for entertaining, dining room, guest toilette, lounge, private sauna, an outside deck, and generous private garden including a pool.
A small lounge area is situated just inside the large sliding doors, maximizing the fantastic views. The property is arranged on two levels and has four bedrooms, which are on the floor above the entertainment floor and connected via the main lounge and entertainment area.

The main lounge offers space to relax and watch internet TV.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom suite leads off the main lounge with its own en-suite bathroom plenty of cupboard space and full sea views.

The second bedroom is facing the Atlantic Ocean.

The third bedroom is also facing the Atlantic Ocean.

The fourth bedroom is in a more nestled area of the house with garden views and limited sea views. Besides the en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms. The villa also features a sauna.

Having the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor space of that size including the garden in Bantry Bay is unique. The garden (since January 2019 with artificial grass for water-saving reasons) and sundeck offers a great opportunity to entertain or simply relax after a day out in Cape Town in the garden or at the pool. If you are lucky you might even spot some whales or dolphins from the deck.

We can arrange and have done before, for a private chef who will spoil you during your stay. This and other arrangements can be booked with Kelly directly.
The property has to air-condition in all bedrooms. Access to the property is by the outside stairs deck which might not be suitable for people having problems walking. Not wheelchair-friendly.

Amenties

The property is serviced 1 time a week; full-time service can be offered upon request against a charge.

The fiber WIFI is good and offers the type of connection where once logged in, it will pick it up again without re-entering the password.

Rental includes 1 garage, additional very save street parking is available.

The house is in Bantry Bay which is a hilly area which means there are stairs
