Villa Colleen is a large family home that boasts spectacular views of Table Mountain. The style of the home is French country, and it has a very relaxed ambience. The proportions of this lovely home are large with all bedrooms and reception rooms offering a wonderful feeling of space. It is great for entertaining and has both fantastic indoor and outdoor living space.
Villa Colleen is located within walking distance from the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and is an easy 10 - 15 minute drive to a variety of beaches, the city centre, restaurants, golf courses, shopping centres such as Cavendish Square and the Constantia Village Shopping Centre. The area of Bishopscourt, where Villa Colleen is situated, is relatively wind-free making for more outdoor time and summer living.
The house has 5 large bedrooms including 2 en-suite. The main bedroom provides a king-sized bed, 2 further bedrooms come equipped with queen-sized beds and 2 more bedrooms have twin beds. A baby cot is available on request.
The property also has a family room with a TV to entertain the little ones. The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped, plus a dining room.
The enclosed garden has amazing views of Table Mountain and a private swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy the Tennis Courts in the garden. For outside dining, there is also an undercover outdoor terrace with built-in fireplace with beautiful mountain views. A Weber BBQ is also available.
