Your private elevator will take you from the garage up to the top floor penthouse. Walk directly into the large open plan living space that is seamlessly interconnected with the new top-quality kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, a center island gas hob, twin ovens, a microwave, two fridges and an 8-seater dining table. The glass doors stack away completely and opens onto the generously proportioned outside lawn where you can do your morning yoga session, spend the afternoon by the pool or the evening in the jacuzzi. As the daylight fades, sink into the cozy lounge and watch the sun slowly dip into the ocean.

The three main bedrooms are located on the upper lever, all of which are en-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basins. Two of the three bedroom have direct access to the outside area behind the house where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Table Mountain. Located on the floor immediately below is the fourth bedroom together with the main entrance door to the penthouse.

There are two more apartments on the property with full time tenants. You have your private access to the penthouse, so you will not interact with them at all. The Thabisa Penthouse is very spacious and actually feels more like a free standing home than a penthouse. The penthouse is located in the upper Camps Bay, from where you can walk directly onto the Table Mountain hiking trails or take a 5-minute to Camps Bay beach.
